What does collaboration mean to you?
Work done in a silo can often lead to very narrow outcomes. Collaboration allows projects to grow based on information and insight that can be far ranging, and encourages all contributors to consider elements that may not have otherwise been illuminated. Working with collaborators who are open, willing to share and challenge each other has been key to all the most successful projects I have worked on and is a testament to the importance of successful partnership.
