Jennifer provides healthcare and medical copywriting, as well as corporate marketing and communications support, for companies within the hospital/healthcare and biotech industries. Whether it’s telling a patient’s story, explaining the business side of medicine, developing corporate/brand messaging, or simplifying the science of a disease into plain language, her goal is to provide clients with well written and accurate content that inspires, educates and informs.
With her background in biology and art, a career of 25+ years in healthcare, medical and corporate communications, and board-certification in healthcare management (FACHE), Jennifer has the expertise and creativity to help clients develop content that matters. She writes for various communication channels, ranging from newsletters to press releases to websites, as well as audiences, including patients, consumers, employees and healthcare professionals. Throughout her career, Jennifer has worked for an academic medical center, county safety-net hospital, private physician's practice, medical ad agency, and biopharmaceutical, medical device and diagnostics companies.
Why is communications/storytelling your purpose?
Synthesizing art, health, science and the written word has been my passion for as long as I can remember. The ability to help people better understand medicine and the life sciences, with the hope that it will make a positive difference in their lives and work, is why I do what I do.
