Nicholas Rhoades

Nick is an emerging marketing and communications professional known for his strong work ethic and creative mindset. In May of 2021, he graduated magna cum laude from California Lutheran University with a degree in Business Administration. Over the past three years, Nick has served as a Marketing Intern for Carney Training Facility and Consultancy Project Intern for the San Jose Sharks and the Sacramento Republic FC. Through this experience, Nick has learned how to reach and connect with his target audiences effectively. 

Nick sharpened his writing and storytelling skills working as a Sports Information Writer and Broadcaster at California Lutheran University. In this position, his passion for storytelling grew. Vividly recalling key plays, highlights, and moments inspired Nick to pursue a career in connecting organizations to people. As part of his daily routine, Nick enjoys meeting new people and hearing their stories, whether at work, on the baseball field, or even in the water surfing.

It involves creativity, brainstorming, and being receptive to new ideas because each person can bring a unique perspective to any situation. The most effective teams treat each other as equals. They collaborate while being respectful, encouraging, and dedicated to the success of each other.
